Text Annotator - first module in project

Text Annotator will be my first module regarding SSTS(Secure solution tracking system). Here with this module, i am going to get a file as input and parse through the file word by word using Java string tokenizer. And i will delete all the stop words and some unnecessary words. After that I have to find out all the individual words  and structure all those words into classes and sub classes. Here is the main objective of classifying it into classes and sub classes is the main concept in this module. And generate OWl files using those individuals. First i am going to try this for txt files. After that this should work for all the type of files.
